As she walked behind him, Natasha was seen carefully cradling their daughter, baby Lara, in her arms, making sure to shield her from the paparazzi’s gaze.
However, as the couple approached the departure gate for their document checks, the paps managed to catch a glimpse of baby Lara, despite Varun and Natasha’s clear intention to maintain their daughter’s privacy. A video showing baby Lara’s face has since gone viral on social media, angering fans. Fans and internet users have criticized the lack of respect shown for the couple’s wishes, condemning the intrusive behavior and calling on the media to respect their right to privacy.
In an exclusive chat with The Hollywood Reporter India recently, Dhawan, who welcomed his daughter with wife Natasha Dalal in June this year, revealed that parenthood has brought out a side of him that he never fully expected. He talked about how the arrival of his daughter has changed his outlook on life, making his protective nature even more intense.
The actor said, “I think when an individual, a man becomes a parent, it is a different experience for the mother. I feel like she becomes a tigress, at that moment something just happens. But as a man, I would say that when we become parents for some reason, you feel a protectiveness towards your daughter. I’m sure you feel sorry for sons too, but for the daughter… If anyone did even that much (little) damage to her, I would kill them. I’m dead serious when I say that. Literally, I would kill them.”
