The water has been shut off in part of Simpsonville due to a broken valve, officials say

SIMPSONVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – Greenville Water said the water in Simpsonville was shut off Friday morning due to a broken 10-inch valve.

Officials said the affected areas are on Highway 417 from I-385 to Cothran Drive.

There is no estimated time of completion.

Traffic controls have been put in place for safety reasons.
