LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man wanted in multiple Tennessee counties was arrested Monday, according to Lebanon Police.
LPD said they responded to a report of shoplifting at the Pilot on Murfreesboro Road. When they arrived on scene, officers made contact with two suspects.
One suspect was identified as Christopher Mayberry, of Crossville.
During the investigation of the incident, officers discovered a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl and Xanax in Mayberry’s vehicle. A rifle, pistol magazines and brass knuckles were also found in the car.
LPD said Mayberry was wanted in multiple counties and is now facing several charges in Lebanon.
“We are grateful for the diligent efforts of our officers to apprehend this criminal,” LPD said.
