Maryland State Police are actively searching for three suspects involved in an early morning armed robbery in Washington County. The incident happened at around 4.30am on Sunday at a supermarket on Lager Drive, where a male suspect threatened the store manager with a knife before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries have been reported.
The male suspect is described as a white man in his mid to late 30s. Police suspect that two more suspects were involved. A female suspect, described as a white female, was last seen wearing a black jacket and gray sweatpants. The suspects fled in a white Mercedes ML series SUV.
