5 must-do wellness activities in Hong Kong this weekend, October 24-27, from running to retreats

Take part in a yoga and bowls session in support of mental health charity The New Normal. Start or improve your running training with a free session led by a veteran marathon runner.

1. Meeting of a support group for adults with obsessive-compulsive and anxiety disorders

It regularly welcomes new members and provides a space for them to share their concerns and worries in a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment. The session includes discussions, reflections, and opportunities to learn and practice various proven methods for reducing anxiety. No one has to share if they feel uncomfortable.

It takes place on Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; The suggested donation to participate is HKD 100 ($13).
