FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – A new $165 million mixed-use development is being built in Franklin.
It’s called The Margin District and is located at the Five Points intersection of downtown Franklin, along Columbia Avenue.
Sales of The Residences at The Margin District have started, with 25 luxury homes. The first reservations will start at just over two million and will be delivered to homeowners in 2027.

The district will have apartments, shops, restaurants and office spaces.
