•John Burris, 56, address unknown, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
• Jocelyn Wilson, Dawne Messiah, 19, of the 1400 block of Obryne Street was charged Wednesday with following a vehicle too closely and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
•Chloe Embry, 23, homeless, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
• Brittney Nicole Stepp, 32, of the 400 block of Highland Court, was charged Thursday with possession of a first-degree drug of abuse, first offense (meth), possession of a first-degree drug of abuse (fentanyl), assault on a police officer and operating a vehicle while under influence.
• Brittney Nicole Stepp, 32, of the 400 block of Highland Court, was charged Thursday with failure to signal or improper signal, possession of a drug of abuse in the first degree (fentanyl), tampering with physical evidence and drug paraphernalia.
