Three suspects are wanted in connection with a robbery in Toronto’s Eglinton West neighborhood on Monday evening.
Toronto police said they responded to a store near Eglinton Avenue West and Venn Crescent, east of Keele Street, shortly after 8:45 p.m.
Investigators said the suspects drove away from the scene and were last seen wearing black masks and hoodies. They did not provide details on what items were stolen, but said the suspects had hammers.
Police said no one was injured.
This is the second robbery in Toronto that police are investigating on Monday.
Around the same time, police said four suspects were seen armed with hammers stealing jewelry at Fairview Mall.
