A 48-year-old Mount Vernon man has been arrested on multiple counts by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies in what started as a reported violation of a protective order.
Michael Glenn was taken into custody at a home in the 21000 block of North Tolle Lane in rural Texico. Due to the evidence found, Glenn had additional charges added to the initial violation of a protective order. He was also arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of less than five grams of meth and armed violence.
Glenn was transported to the Jefferson County Jail pending a decision on formal charges and an initial court appearance.
