A global investigation from UserTesting of 2,000 adults in the United States found that customers feel overwhelmed by insurance.
A majority of American respondents would rather deal with other annoyances than deal with insurance. Twenty-two percent of respondents said they would rather live with their parents again, and 22% also said they would rather attend a concert by a musician they don’t like.
Survey respondents also revealed their top insurance challenges, with 27% identifying a lack of clarity on the details of coverage as an issue. However, 36% of respondents say artificial intelligence is a useful tool for understanding complex insurance information.
