Over the years, she has successfully transitioned from bona fide pop star to full-fledged fashion designer at her beloved label, and her style has evolved as a result. However, she has always made sure to never lose that bold, chic look, even on the most formal occasions.
On November 6, Beckham was honored with the Entrepreneur Award at the 2024 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London, for her outstanding work at her company. It was only natural that she dressed the part of an entrepreneur, but in true chic fashion, she made sure to add some spice to the proceedings.
Victoria’s silky suit
During the ceremony, Beckham donned another elegant take on the braless suit, which has become one of her favorite looks. She wore a beautiful iridescent cream silk suit with extra wide lapels, a high-waisted cinch belt tied in a perfect bow, and a plunging neckline that proved she was embracing the braless trend.
Her long, flowing blazer was accessorized with matching trousers in the same glittering material, allowing just a glimpse of her black heels. In true Posh fashion, she kept her accessories simple but chic, opting for a small diamond necklace and a pair of matching stud earrings.

Beckham was joined by a very special guest: her 13-year-old daughter Harper, who presented the award to her mother. Naturally, they appeared in complementary mother-daughter looks, with Harper wearing a silky, silver-blue floor-length slip dress, which featured a diamond cutout and similar pearly, iridescent undertones to her mother’s suit.

Victoria’s braless suit
Beckham’s braless suit spoke to her titles as a businesswoman and groundbreaking fashion icon, which is why it seems set to become a signature. In September she visited her label Paris Fashion Week show in a structured pantsuit, with black flowy trousers and another loose-fitting blazer without buttons and tied with a narrow fabric belt.
Once again, her jacket had a plunging neckline that exposed her braless situation underneath, perfectly merging the business core and nude clothing trends.

While she may not be open Before reuniting with the Spice Girls on stage, Beckham is still taking every little opportunity to spice up her life – or at least her fashion.
