Taylor Swift’s fans have put together videos showcasing the pop music icon’s deft handling of stage mishaps.
Swift, 34, is in the final leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour, which will have included 152 concerts on five continents by the end of the series.
Considering the size of the stadium shows and the number of concerts, it’s no surprise that Swift has faced a number of glitches on stage. But the new video shows how she treats them like a professional.

A video previously posted on X Tweetby user @thisisvertrying, showed the same moment when Swift performed the song “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? (WAOLM)” from two different Eras concerts.
The first was from a show in Paris in May and the other was her concert in New Orleans on October 27.
During the Paris show, Swift will perform atop a rotating silver cube, which her fans call “the roomba,” which moves across the enormous stage while holding on to a white pole for balance.
But when that cube malfunctions during the New Orleans concert, a quick-thinking Swift jumps off and walks off stage. She also performs the same dance moves at the same point on the stage as if she were standing on the cube.
“Wow, this video really shows how professional Taylor is. She was still doing the whole ‘waolm’ choreography while improvising after the stage malfunction,” @thisisvertrying captioned the post.

Other Swift fans responded to the video in the replies to the original post.
“It’s sometimes amazing to think of her decades of live performance experience. Obviously she’s a young woman, but she’s been doing this for so long. She’s definitely a seasoned professional!” wrote @timeoutxyxy.
“I can almost guarantee that Taylor and the dancers have prepared for any situation. That’s the kind of professional she is!” Added @KaitlinMcCann43.
And @Carolinekeeth commented: “The way it hits harder when she’s off the roomba. The fact that she could move freely was incredible. The way she walked across the floor – and stumbled around like she was falling and being pulled. It was breathtaking, especially considering it was an improvisational performance.”
Swift has encountered many accidents on stage since the first show of the Eras Tour in March 2023.
She swallowed an insect halfway through the song, has had to run across the stage after technical difficulties to make her next mark and has endured multiple wardrobe malfunctions.
During a show in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Swift’s piano started playing creepy music of its own accord, surprising the superstar.
“Did you hear that? Do you hear the piano? That’s crazy,” she said as she laughed and swapped the ivory keys for a guitar.
