Over the past week, juvenile crime has taken its toll in Baltimore City and surrounding areas.
On Tuesday, three youths carjacked a woman at gunpoint, prompting police to chase before crashing.
Within 24 hours they were back on the streets, under the supervision of a GPS monitor.
Baltimore police confirmed the trio had all previously been arrested for stolen vehicles.

On Wednesday, a 12-year-old and 14-year-old were arrested for an armed robbery of another youth.
According to the victim, one of the youths put a gun to his stomach.
The 12-year-old had been arrested five times for theft and was under GPS surveillance at the time.
On Friday, police were searching for a juvenile they say could be responsible for a firing that left a Fed Hill home hit by a bullet.
Witnesses tell Fox45 that the juvenile tried to shoot two other juveniles.
As crime travels through the city, residents across the city are sounding off.

Owen Lyons lives in Federal Hill, down the street where his neighbor’s house was hit by a bullet.
“There doesn’t seem to be enough consequences for this type of activity because it’s happening all over Baltimore,” Lyons said.
In West Baltimore, John tells Fox45, things have gotten out of hand.
“Today’s young generation is pretty much out of control. Just doing all kinds of things that need to be done,” John said.
