In a statement read to the court, the girl said Spacey “stole something” from her.
“I don’t feel safe since he gave me hell,” she said.
But she said Spacey’s “sick perversions” won’t break her and she will be strong moving forward, adding: “I can handle it, and you didn’t win.”
Judge Sarah Mallett said Spacey knew the girl was vulnerable and “took advantage of her”.
She said he was considered to pose a “high risk” to young people.
He must also serve a year on extended parole after his final release from prison and sign the sex offenders’ register for the rest of his life.
Spacey was also made the subject of an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.
