The Stellantis Leapmotor Joint Venture, Leapmotor International, has appointed Auto Distributors New Zealand Limited (ADNZ), owned by car magnate Rick Armstrong, as the official importer of the Leapmotor C10 electric SUV.
The new Chinese-built family electric SUV will be available at some dealers in January 2025 starting from $54,990.
ADNZ has announced the three dealerships in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch for the initial launch period of the Leapmotor C10 SUV.
They are Armstrong Leapmotor, 500 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland; Armstrong Leapmotor, 340 High Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington; and Armstrong Leapmotor, 161 St Asaph Street, Christchurch.
ADNZ says the network will expand rapidly in the first half of 2025, with locations planned in all metropolitan cities and many provincial towns in New Zealand.
