In the NFL season, kickers are often overlooked as fantasy managers try to meet a big trade deadline or find crucial replacements for the bye week.
Additionally, there isn’t a huge variation in kicker performance from week to week. However, weather can be an important factor late in the season – and kickers who play in warm-weather cities or hold their home games in a dome are generally more reliable than those who have to perform in the cold November rain (or worse).
