Pineville woman wanted for alleged identity theft and exploitation of the sick

PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) – The Pineville Police Department released their weekly “Wanted Wednesday” update on November 6.

Joy Paul Hicks is currently wanted by the Pineville Police Department for alleged identity theft and disease exploitation.(Pineville Police)

PPD said Joy Hicks is wanted on multiple charges, including disease exploitation, identity theft and criminal conspiracy.

Anyone with information about Hicks is asked to send a message to PPD Facebook page or contact them at (318) 442-6603 Ext. 1 or (318) 449-5652.

According to PPD, “Wanted Wednesday” is a weekly post from the department in an effort to close cases involving people with active felony arrest warrants.

PPD said any information regarding Hick’s whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
