Musk first attended Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, but then transferred to the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a dual degree in economics from the Wharton School and a degree in physics from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Although he had the opportunity to attend Stanford University for a PhD program in Engineering Physics, he dropped out after two days to pursue engineering dreams.
