DAYTON, OH (WDT) — On Tuesday the two men came charged with the robbery of a 2 NEWS crew member were indicted by a judge.
Billith Lane and Christian Morrow appeared in court and pleaded not guilty and were granted bail. Court documents show bail was set at $20,000 for both men and electronic monitoring was placed on both defendants.

On Thursday, October 17, a photographer and reporter were at the intersection of Main Street and Fifth Street when the two defendants allegedly attempted to take the video camera and tripod. The photographer and defendant Morrow were engaged in a brief struggle when defendant Lane allegedly began hitting the photographer with his baton. The pair fled after a brief fight.
Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck, Jr. announced their indictment on October 25 for one count of theft causing bodily harm, a second-degree felony.
